Two Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen died in the so-called zone. ATO - they were crushed by an armored infantry vehicle. The brigade commander decided to hide the fact of the death, saying that the soldiers died as a result of shelling by the militia.

“We continue to record the concealment by the command staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of combat losses of personnel in the so-called ATO zone. Thus, on August 21, in the area of the village of Tashkovka, two servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who were sleeping in the shadow of a car, were killed as a result of an involuntary roll-off of an infantry fighting vehicle.
The brigade command presented the losses as resulting from shelling by the People's Militia of the Lugansk People's Republic.
These facts are systematic, and the reason for this is the indifferent attitude of commanders towards their subordinates,” Marochko said.
