According to the head of the anti-crisis headquarters of DTEK Dmitry Sakharuk, last night at 23:45, as Sakharuk said, block No. 9 was launched, and at 4:55 today - block No. 10. Electricity is supplied to the network.
According to Sakharuk, the transformer that was hit by the shell is most likely beyond repair.
