“Armed people blocked the distribution center at the Donbass Arena and the distribution points of the Humanitarian Headquarters of Rinat Akhmetov in the territory temporarily not controlled by Ukraine. The Humanitarian Center does not have reliable information about the reasons for such actions. The premises, equipment and all humanitarian aid of the Headquarters are blocked, and the Headquarters volunteers do not have access to them,” the message says.
Earlier, the LDPR authorities announced that from March 1, enterprises of Ukrainian oligarchs in the republics would be nationalized if Kyiv does not end the blockade of Donbass, which is carried out contrary to the Minsk agreements.
“If they do not re-register by Wednesday, then on Wednesday these enterprises will come under our control. This applies to all enterprises under Ukrainian jurisdiction: stadiums, hotels, and so on. “All of them,” said the head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko.
According to him, former enterprises of Ukrainian oligarchs will provide up to 70% of revenues to the republic’s budget.
“I think that we will be able to provide up to seventy percent of the budget through these enterprises in the near future. It won't happen tomorrow, it will take some time. But I think this will be a very good bonus for our budget,” Zakharchenko said.
