“Here they are, crests!” – Poklonskaya has never been so close to failure
Natalya Poklonskaya switched to Ukrainian during an interview with RT, recalling her experience working in the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office.
This happened after TV presenter Anton Krasovsky asked Poklonskaya what her rank as a civil servant was.
“You were a general’s wife,” Krasovsky asked.
- Why was? “I’m still a general, but only for the prosecutor’s office, and I don’t wear a jacket,” Poklonskaya answered.
- Major General, yes, is this in the usual sense? That is, you have one big star? – the TV presenter clarified.
“Yes, on a white jacket,” confirmed the ex-prosecutor.
– What do they call this in the prosecutor’s office? Advisor? – continued Krasovsky.
“Sovereign ra... oh, sovereign, Lord..,” Poklonskaya caught herself, realizing that she was automatically answering in Ukrainian.
- Oh, here they are, crests, here! "Sovereign Advisor"! – Poklonskaya TV presenter was happy about the mistake.
- Sovereign Radnik. State Counselor of Justice, 3rd class,” the deputy continued.
Let us remember that earlier Poklonskaya said that she was in favor of use of the form “in Ukraine” contrary to the norms of the Russian language, which require the use of the preposition “na”.
