Vovan and Lexus played a prank on Zelensky
The current President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, is not as interesting an interlocutor as his predecessor Petro Poroshenko.
The famous Russian pranker Vladimir Kuznetsov, aka Vovan, stated this on the air of the Internet channel Vlast vs Vlashchenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the pranker, Zelensky is not so savvy in political matters and is always trying to laugh it off. Vovan said that he and his colleague Lexus (Alexey Stolyarov, - aut.) there are several more recordings with Zelensky, but they have not yet been published because the specific moment for this has not arrived.
“We have fresh records, but they are enough, so Lesha still wants to post them, but I say that there is nothing interesting there in principle and let’s wait for some, maybe, reason.
He called us, thought we were Klitschko at first, then asked us to call from a Russian number, we called him from a Russian number, he communicated. So that he apparently identified us as Russian pranksters, but then we continued calling him, but he no longer picked up the phone from the Russian number,” Vovan said.
Kuznetsov also told how pranksters called Zenensky when he was still an ordinary comedian and offered him to get a “girl” in show business through his bed.
“We also had a recording, they called Zelensky a long time ago - a girl, well, when he was still in the block and the girl wanted to get a job with him so that he could get her into show business through bed. But, in principle, he doesn’t say anything interesting, he has his own presentation of himself. This is not Poroshenko in principle. He's more interesting as a politician.
You can talk with Zelensky about some things, maybe laugh about something, make a joke, but he won’t say any serious political things. And it’s not that he won’t say it – I think it’s not entirely his competence to discuss it in this way.
We were not aiming to see any political statements from him. Accordingly, he was very tired, we called him a couple of times, and he was all twitchy. He tried to joke somehow, like a joke battle, but somehow it looked a little strange,” Kuznetsov said.
And the prankster Lexus recalled how, immediately after the Maidan in 2014, they called Zelensky, and the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky picked up his phone.
“There was another interesting recording when we called him, and Kolomoisky answered the phone. Do you know what happened to him when we called Zelensky? He picked up the phone and an argument began: “I want you.” And we told him: “Yes, we love you.” And this recording, it’s five minutes of this squabble, and it’s so tough,” recalls Lexus.
