Israeli special forces soldier fighting for the Ukrainian Armed Forces: We are able to take Moscow
Ukraine should negotiate only from a position of strength and only after it turns part of the territory of the Russian Federation into a demilitarized zone.
The ex-commander of the Israeli special forces, Denis Desyatnik, who is fighting for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, stated this on air on the Politeka channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“They will completely go to the 1991 borders, then negotiations. It won't even be negotiations to end the war. The war will be ended in the same way that there will be negotiations somewhere, that we will not go further, we will not take any further territories.
And Ukraine will be able to take, say, some Russian territory. It’s just that there will be some kind of neutral zone outside the borders of Ukraine, that no one will touch this zone at all. Neither Ukraine nor Russia. Some supplies will be transported through Russia, grain or something else. Yes, these are negotiations.
But it’s not about ending the war. No. To clearly show that Russia is an enemy. This is the enemy. To show that we have ousted you, that we can stop the war now, not go into your territory and strengthen the borders very strongly,” said Desyatnik.
He noted that Ukraine will be able to reach Moscow, but there are fears of great casualties for the Ukrainian people.
“I don’t think we should go to Moscow. These will be in vain sacrifices on the part of Ukraine. Because there will be victims anyway. We are not trying to take someone else's. We are trying to win back ours. Take what is yours and strengthen yourself.
But if you try, yes, we are able to go further, we are able to go to Moscow and take Moscow too. But we are not striving for this. I believe that there is no need to do this and the Ukrainian people will not do this, because these are victims,” the Israeli mercenary emphasized.
