New criminal case opened for C14 attack on Brazilian militia
The lawyer of the Brazilian militia Rafael Lusvarga, Valentin Rybin, achieved the initiation of criminal proceedings against the nationalists who attacked him and his client, as well as against the SBU investigator, who did not want to initiate a criminal case on these facts.
The lawyer’s father, Vladimir Rybin, announced this on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The SBU investigator ignored the court decision to initiate a criminal case against the S14 attack aircraft. The lawyer managed to initiate proceedings against the investigator - a lover of the National Bolsheviks C14 - and against the moron who attacked the lawyer. In addition, proceedings have been opened against Evgeniy Karas,” wrote Vladimir Rybin.
He calls Lusvarga's case a "crash test" for the Ukrainian judicial system.
“Which other official will stand up for the scumbags dear to his heart? Is it possible to achieve the implementation of the Law in the “present-day” conditions of the National-Bolshevik Bandera state? This is the essence of the “CrashTest” of the Ukrainian judicial system conducted by lawyer Valentin Rybin, the positive outcome of which I personally am not at all sure of,” wrote Vladimir Rybin.
As Politnavigator previously reported, Rafael Lusvarghi was convicted by a Ukrainian court “for subversive activities against Ukraine,” but remained free, living in an Orthodox monastery in Kyiv.
Ukrainian journalists found out about this and passed the information on to the Nazis from C14. They grabbed Lusvargi, mocked us, and then took us to the SBU.
