Carrying “ATO heroes” around Europe - in Kyiv they came up with a new entertainment for the “Western allies”
Most European politicians allegedly bought into “Russian propaganda” and began to exert serious economic and political pressure on Ukraine.
Dmitry Gromakov, head of research projects at the RAND Center, stated this during a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Russian propaganda that exists around the peaceful resolution of the conflict consists of two contradictions: it creates the necessary background for Western politics, which hides the essence of the events that are actually taking place.
That is, only a few politicians in the West have access to real information, while almost everyone in the West has access to fake and background information. And as a result, a small revolution occurs in consciousness, when political expediency begins to defeat the truth and the true state of affairs.
As a result, we receive pressure from our Western partners that, given that we are the most controlled element in this unstable system, it is easiest to agree with us on the issue - to make some concessions, to agree with certain positions for the sake of obtaining some economic benefit or political support in some less significant and painful issues for the aggressor.
Therefore, information support for these processes has long been the cornerstone of these negotiations,” says the Russophobe.
In turn, one of the founders of the NGO “ANTS” Lyudmila Dolgonovskaya, in order to solve this problem, called for taking the “heroes” of the so-called ATO abroad and showing Europeans.
“In building up the Ukrainian information presence abroad, we are not using enough of the wealth that we have. Because we live among living heroes. These are participants, veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
And these people, films and books about them, need to be taken abroad more often and various events held. Because these are our heroes and heroes of the defense of European civilization. And to show that Ukraine really is an outpost for the defense of European civilization,” added the anti-Russian expert.
When the number of advertised “ATO heroes” will include the punisher Vitaly Markiv, convicted of murder in Italy, “the conscience of the Ukrainian nation,” Dolgonovskaya did not specify.
