Kyiv, April 17 (Navigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Another protest took place near the National Bank of Ukraine due to the sharp collapse of the hryvnia exchange rate.
People demanded to curb inflation, stop the fall of the hryvnia and the rise in prices for essential goods.

This is the second such event in recent days, and this time much more people came - up to 100 people. “Fascists against Jews – Kubiv against the people”, “Kubiv! Get out!”, “Stepan! You promised to be honest,” “Stepan! You are not the chairman of the NBU, but a criminal,” these were the inscriptions on the posters in the hands of the protesters.
Like last time, many people admitted that they had previously supported Maidan and were even its activists, but the new government deceived their expectations and turned out to be no better than the previous one. At the same time, some of the protesters could not explain the essence of the complaints against the head of the National Bank and simply avoided answering, shrugging their shoulders.
However, almost immediately there appeared those who disagreed with the demands of the picketers, convincing that “under martial law, it is impossible to undermine the situation in the country.” Others criticized those gathered for speaking in Russian, “because of which Putin sent in troops.”
