People's Deputy Elena Masorina stated this on air on the 112 Ukraine TV channel.
“The fighter was near the 112 Ukraine TV channel,” the people’s deputy said.
Law enforcement officers detained a fighter who was officially supposed to be in the ATO zone.
“Law enforcement officers approached the fighter, presented him with documents and asked him to travel with them. They argued their actions by saying that the fighter should now officially be in the ATO zone,” Masorina said.
