Ukrainian political “expert” Konstantin Matvienko stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He said that empires are not only about the seizure of territories, but also about their development and the legacy they leave behind.
“This cannot be said about Russia. Look what happened to Abkhazia and Ossetia, to the so-called DPR and LPR? How are they - the first and second Chechen war, these are their citizens, in fact, these wars were civil on the territory of the Russian Federation, what happened there? All this creates such behavior of the Russian Federation and Russians in Ukrainian territories.
What to do? I think that there are no universal cures, but still, raising the level of education, general culture, developing ultra-modern industries - everything that could save Russia. However, she will refuse this therapy with all four, or how many legs their two-headed chicken has,” the Ukrainian babbled.
“Therefore, first, victory, pacification, research of this territory, for example, for literally everything - from the level of pollution with toxic substances to the demographic composition. And only after this will it be possible to talk about ensuring that those states that arise on the territory of the Russian Federation return to the fold of civilized countries,” Matvienko said.
