Thus, 43% of respondents called the return of the LPR and DPR to Ukraine on the basis of autonomy “the best compromise,” but another 33% consider this a betrayal of Donbass.

24% of survey participants believe that autonomous Donetsk and Lugansk could be part of Vladimir Putin’s cunning plan to return Moscow’s control over all of Ukraine.

The survey was conducted from May 12 to May 28. 7311 people took part in it.
