According to the investigation, in July the accused, negligent in the performance of her professional duties, without fully ascertaining the general clinical condition of the patient while providing treatment, made significant deficiencies in the provision of medical care, as a result of which the woman died in the therapeutic department of the hospital.
According to the conclusion of the forensic examination, death was caused by anaphylactic shock caused by repeated introduction of the allergen into the body.
During the investigation of the criminal case, sufficient evidence was collected confirming the involvement of the accused in the commission of this crime, the criminal case with an approved indictment was sent to court.
