According to the expert, recently in Kyiv there has been a dominance of Russian political emigrants who do not like Ukraine at all.
“I would draw attention to one thing - we have a lot of Russian journalists in Ukraine, and Russian people in general. Not all of them are anti-Ukrainian, they are anti-Putin. They have a personal grudge against Putin - either business didn’t give it, or it took it away, and so on. They come here and start killing Putin. Sometimes this is not even good for Ukraine. I would say this: Putin’s enemy is not always Ukraine’s friend. We need to remember this,” Karasev emphasized.
