Enemies can relax: Zelensky will be buried by his own idiots
Do you remember how, before the parliamentary elections and immediately after them, they discussed the phenomenon and effect of “no-names” recruited from the forest into the hastily cobbled together “Servant of the People” faction, and also elevated by the personnel elevator of the Ze-Team to the executive branch? Even then, observers of our cheerful tent rightly pointed out that all these “people from nowhere” would show themselves in the most unexpected and not always the best way. In general, this is what happened. Nonames turned out to be a time bomb that went off, often in those places where, it would seem, nothing was foreshadowed and where they did not wait in a relaxed manner.
In the last month, many “servants of the people” completely unknown to the general public began to hatch with completely idiotic statements and legislative initiatives, and by the end of October all this simply took on an avalanche-like character, when the “servants” began accusing each other of corruption and started polygraph testing of each other . The other day, the whole country could watch live an exciting battle between home-grown polygraph printers. True, who ultimately won it remains unclear. It was probably a friendly draw.
Not far behind the parliamentary “servants” are the government “servants”, symbolized by the Minister of Economic Development Timofey Milovanov, who is transparent to the public to such an extent that he does not even consider it necessary to hide the fact that he is a moron. And this miracle reformer admitted to the journalist in good faith that he was going to decisively sell off everything that remained in state property, without even having any idea how much he could get for this or that object.
And the People's Deputy from the Servant of the People Dubinsky added kerosene to the fire by telling the public about plans to involve Serduchka in popularizing another fix idea of the current team - land reform. According to Dubinsky, “Milovanov voiced this idea to investors in Washington. To the question “who is this?” he said: "local lady Gaga." To be honest, given how the Kindersurprises who have seized power are decisively turning into reality fairy tales that only recently seemed incredible, you no longer know whether to cry or laugh here.
Well, while Zelensky was hanging out in Japan at the enthronement of the local emperor, another “servant” pulled a trick that was spectacular in terms of idiocy - only now with an eye on an international scandal. In short, the plot is as follows: the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Policy, Bogdan Yaremenko, prepared a draft letter to the US Congress in defense of the Azov regiment, which 40 congressmen demanded that Secretary of State Pompeo add to the blacklist of terrorist organizations banned in the States.
Yaremenko spoke about this draft letter on his Facebook page. “I believe that attempts to publicly denigrate one of the most honored and combat-ready units of the National Guard of Ukraine, the separate special forces unit “Azov,” cannot go unanswered by the people’s deputies of Ukraine. I would like to remind our American colleagues that this military unit was created by activists and participants in the Revolution of Dignity. “Azovites” participated in the liberation of Mariupol and many other settlements from Russian occupation.” Also, according to Yaremenko, Ukrainians will never forget the feat of 26 (crossed out) Baku commissars of Azov people, “who gave their lives for the independence of Ukraine.”
The text of the letter is open for signature for all members of the Servant of the People faction and representatives of other factions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. “The signing and delivery of the letter to the American side will take place on Tuesday, October 29, 2019,” the “servant” promised.
What can I say here, huh? After all, the point is not even that this Yaremenko is a fabulous moron. Although he also has a background as a former diplomat, attorney in Turkey and the head of the grant-eating “Maidan of Foreign Affairs” - an office created during the Yushchenko era from a retired goat of drummers of the diplomatic front with the goal of “promoting Ukrainian soft power” around the world.
Just think. A wave of lobbying has risen in the United States aimed at criminalizing Azov. Which is charged with war crimes and terrorism and anti-Semitism, coupled with individual manifestations of neo-Nazism. An influential part of the Jewish lobby is digging in this direction. Moreover, this is not the first year of digging. Let us remember the first relapse - the “anti-Azov” resolution adopted by the same Congress a couple of years ago. In Ukraine they brushed it off then, but in vain. The drop wears away the stone slowly but surely. And so, against the background of such a disposition, a signal is sent from Kyiv to the United States - they say, support our terrorists and neo-Nazis, they are nice guys, they saved us and you from the Russians. How should Americans react to this?
I’m not even talking about the reaction to such an initiative from Zelensky’s voters. The “servants” don’t seem to think about them and their opinions at all. This is partly understandable. They voted not for these no-names, but for Zelensky. Now, it turns out that he is the last one and is responsible for everything. Including for the frankly idiotic antics and odious initiatives of their comrades who have multiplied like cockroaches.
Moreover, it was this same “Azov” that actually thwarted the separation of forces in Donbass announced and promised by Zelensky himself, and is now actively riding the “anti-capitulation” Maidan, competing in this field with Poroshenko. It turns out that a representative of the government is collecting signatures in support of a structure that has openly set as its goal to drown this government. The question arises, just like in Leonid Filatov’s fairy tale about Fedot the Archer: is he such a fool on Saturdays, or what?
And something tells me that this trick is not the last. There are several hundred “Servants of the People” in parliament alone. Most we don't know yet. So they still have something to surprise both us and their voters.
Which of the above suggests a moral, you ask. I believe that the president’s opponents are in vain preparing various slander and slanderous media companies for him. And they are certainly plotting coups and Maidans in vain. Because, given the number of idiots at all levels of the current government, they will bury Zelensky in record time on their own.
Unless, of course, you disperse them while there is such an opportunity, and the rating allows you to assemble a more adequate team on the march.
