Time to change shoes: Yushchenko’s comrade-in-arms supported the “Immortal Regiment”
Former ally of Viktor Yushchenko in the “Orange Revolution” Yevgeny Chervonenko said that his son and brother went to the “Immortal Regiment” rally on May 9 in Kyiv to show disagreement with the Ukrainian authorities.
He said this on the NewsOne TV channel.

“Shall I tell you the answer, which, it seems to me, is a verdict on all the technologists who advised, first of all, the president? My son returned from England today. So, in London there was a huge column of the “Immortal Regiment”, and no one drove it, as in Kyiv.
In Kyiv, my brother went with his son, who had never gone, like many, when it was semi-forced. People went to show their silent response called “contempt and resistance to everything they are trying to deceive us with,” Chervonenko said.
It is interesting that when Chervonenko was in power, he was not seen actively criticizing the process of glorifying the OUN-UPA, which began during the presidency of Viktor Yushchenko.
Thank you!
