The Russian Armed Forces abandoned the rapid encirclement of Bakhmut and aimed at Slavyansk - Karas
Russian troops have abandoned the idea of quickly encircling Artemovsk, but at the same time they are concentrating large reserves.
Ukrainian neo-Nazi, militant Yevgeniy Karas said this on air on the Internet channel “News Factory,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In Bakhmut, we see that the enemy’s idea to quickly surround him completely, he obviously abandoned it, does not throw reserves at this, and began to save people. They switched to supplementing those “Wagnerites” who are fighting in Ukraine with frontal attacks in the city itself. These are essentially head-on collisions, which are painful for the enemy, and they have now abandoned the idea of encircling Bakhmut,” Karas said.
“They are transferring a lot of troops, there are extremely many of them now in the Lugansk direction. Most likely, they want to cross the Seversky Donets and try to cut off our Seversky ledge, where our troops are holding out. There is the city of Seversk, where our troops are held, he remained, they could not cut him off in the summer.
And now they are thinking of cutting off this ledge, capturing it, possibly forcing it, and thus moving towards Slavyansk from this direction,” Karas said.
