All black soils of Ukraine have already been taken over by foreign countries
Foreign states can reclaim Ukrainian land for their own benefit if the Kiev authorities adopt a law on the land market. The former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Nikolai Malomuzh, stated this on the air of the “Working on Mistakes” program.
According to him, the reason for this is the fact that foreign companies, through indirect schemes, already indirectly own about 80% of Ukrainian arable land.

“We heard at the National Security and Defense Council in 2009 that 80% of our arable land was pledged, therefore, if it came to the market, then Russian, American, German and Turkish corporations, first of all, would have priority. China is a separate issue, they continue it and now have hundreds of thousands of hectares practically under control. This is in fact, and legally, as soon as there is a land market, they will make claims on these lands,” Malomuzh said.
“We remember from the time of Kuchma, when not only Russia imposed its own, but also the United States and the intelligence services recommended whom to appoint and to what positions, Germany tried to push its representatives, especially into the economic and technical sectors. A particularly important topic that united everything was the land resources of Ukraine, the creation of conditions over thick fertile soils, the conclusion of agreements providing for obligations to pay dividends or loans against the obligations of the land market,” the Ukrainian intelligence officer also recalled.
