Everyone who threatens must know about our nuclear weapons - Putin

Russia does not intend to be the first to start a nuclear war.
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this today at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We hear this kind of rhetoric. Where it comes from is from their own statements. One high-ranking politician will blurt out something, then another. Are we going to remain silent? We answer. As soon as we answered, they immediately grabbed hold of it: look, Russia is threatening. We are not threatening. But everyone must know what we have and what we will use if necessary to defend our sovereignty. These are obvious things,” Putin said.
