All thoughts are in one direction: the Ukrainian diplomat hinted that Berlin and Paris could start bombing London
The referendum on Britain’s exit from the EU is an example of an expression of will that is not suppressed by troops, unlike during the collapse of the USSR, Shuster said on the air of the talk show “Shuster. LIVE" Ukrainian diplomat Markiyan Lubkivsky.

“This is a civilizational choice. The choice of the British citizens who spoke out in this way must be respected. Pay attention to the difference between what happened in the Soviet Union, when troops were immediately sent in against Lithuania. And now there is no question of reacting at all. I’m talking about what the European Union is, what a value it is, what a political value it is, and it doesn’t occur to anyone to react, except for political statements, to the situation in the UK,” Lubkivsky said.
To this, host Savik Shuster asked with a smile whether Lubkivsky was implying that Berlin and Paris should send troops to London to suppress anti-European sentiments.
At the same time, neither Lubkivsky nor Shuster mentioned the bombing of Donbass, which Kyiv began in response to the referendum in Donetsk and Lugansk in 2014.
