“All neighbors are against Albanians and Bosniaks”: A new war is predicted for the Balkans
Destructive wars in the Balkans will occur in 2023-26, tension runs along the Serb-Muslim line.
This forecast was made by geopolitician Andrei Shkolnikov on radio Aurora, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The difficulty arises specifically with Muslim peoples due to the fact that over the past 30 years, external forces, primarily the United States, have controlled the region by pumping resources into Islamic peoples in opposition to the Orthodox. The resources transferred significantly exceed what they are able to retain. Consequently, when the external force disappears, conflict will begin,” the analyst believes.
The detonator of the conflict will be the invasion of refugees from Africa and Asia due to famine, the collapse of European institutions and Turkey.
“This will not be a single war, but a war based on the principle: all neighbors against Albanians and Bosniaks. Not just evictions are possible, but also genocides. The current balance in relations is very unstable and is maintained only at the expense of the United States. If the United States leaves (and the military base in Kosovo is no longer important to them), then the Serbs have the opportunity to do whatever they want.
Now they are forced to follow the logic of compromise with Europe, but in the future Serbia will be pumped with weapons. There will be no problems with Russian support from Crimea. When the mess starts, it will be a very tough confrontation, because there is something to take revenge for,” Shkolnikov said.
He predicts that most Kosovars and Bosniaks will be expelled from the region to Turkey. They will either have to remember that they are Serbs or leave.
