“Zakhar Prilepin and I decided to congratulate everyone on the holy holiday of May 9. All the best to you,” the governor said.
After that, he gave the floor to Prilepin.
“Dear friends, fellow countrymen, beloved relatives. We work slowly and we will win. We have won in the future and we will continue to win. All evil will be chopped down and destroyed. With Andrei Sergeevich, no obstacles frighten you,” Prilepin said.
