This was reported by the press service of the DPR representative office in the JCCC and the negotiation process, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Accompanied by the OSCE SMM and the ICRC, the first stage of the exchange was carried out: 16 to 74. The Ukrainian side handed over 74 prisoners it held to the Lugansk People’s Republic,” the press service notes.

Let us remind you that earlier the Ukrainian side tried to disrupt the procedure sharing, without blocking the movement of civil transport at the checkpoint in time.
