All. Ukraine doesn’t have to pay – just maintain a comatose state
The summer vacation is long over, the directors of the IMF are working tirelessly, but this does not bring any positive things to Ukraine - the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Alexander Danylyuk was recently counting on a completely different scenario.
At the end of August, the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance was confident of receiving at least $1,7 billion by the end of the year; now it has moderated its expectations to $1 billion by the end of the year.
In reality, the plan for considering issues related to the allocation of loans to various countries of the world, after the end of the vacation, turned out to be as follows: on August 22, the IMF considered the allocation of money to Barbados, on August 24 - to Jordan, on August 29 - to Equatorial Guinea, on August 31 - to Serbia. In September, Ukraine is bypassed by Brunei, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina and even Kiribati.

It must be recalled that the IMF solves problems at the geopolitical level, and lending to different countries is only a pretext for establishing a dictatorship over them.
And the list of the above countries is not accidental. These countries “need” a correction in their foreign policy. They are trying to break Serbia because of their refusal to support anti-Russian sanctions. Jordan supports Russia in its policy to resolve the situation in Syria. Equatorial Guinea dared to sign a military cooperation agreement in April of this year. Belarus is still not democratizing, and Lukashenko, although demonstrating progress on the path of compromise, is unlikely to completely satisfy the West. Bosnia and Herzegovina is supported by the bayonets of the “world community”, and the Republika Srpska is not averse to declaring complete independence from its “brotherly” neighbors in the confederation - Muslims and Croats.
Ukraine no longer needs course correction. Everything that the West needed from Ukraine has already been done. Even if it wanted, it would be incredibly difficult for Ukraine to change direction under its current government, and even changing it to something else from the political spectrum of political forces currently capable of operating in Ukraine would not bring significant changes. Ukraine is mired in debt and governed more easily than a kite.
All. There is no need to pay Ukraine, but only to maintain a comatose state.
The date when the IMF will return to consider the issue of providing a new portion of loans to Ukraine is not yet clear.
Let us recall that since August 2015, it has been more than a year since Ukraine received the last tranche from the IMF from the “financial assistance” package approved in April 2015, the total volume of which should be $17,5 billion.
As part of this program, Ukraine received two IMF tranches last year - in the amount of 5 and 1,7 billion dollars.
