Spy network under OSCE roof uncovered

The LPR MGB began detaining OSCE employees under Art. 335 of the Criminal Code of the LPR “High treason” for espionage for the enemy.

“Komsomolskaya Pravda” on its website published footage of the LPR state security detaining an OSCE employee who was transmitting secret data to foreign intelligence services.

“As part of the investigation of a criminal case initiated under Art. 335 of the LPR Criminal Code “High Treason” against a resident of the LPR from among the staff of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), the Ministry of State Security received a confession from the detainee,” the department said.

Advisor to the LPR Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik said that the detainee had already confessed to the crime.

“An OSCE employee detained in the LPR admitted to transmitting classified information to foreign intelligence services – the LPR MGB,” Miroshnik said.

He added that the LPR MGB has information about the bombing of the crew of the OSCE SMM mission in April 2017, which resulted in the death of one observer and injury of a second observer. This was planned and carried out by a unit of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Only the target of the assassination attempt was an observer from the Russian Federation, and a US representative was killed.

Earlier, military correspondent Alexander Sladkov published facts about the involvement of the OSCE mission in the transfer of video data to the Ukrainian army, and found a witness who confirmed these assumptions.

“The authoritative OSCE organization is involved in the transfer of intelligence data to the Ukrainian side and the adjustment of fire on DPR targets and Russian convoys. He provided detailed information and showed evidence of the OSCE's involvement in the transfer of intelligence data to the Ukrainian side.

“The video surveillance system was completely subordinated to Kyiv, and data from the contact line only went to Kyiv immediately. They had their own team and immediately gave the result, which basically looked like a report on the shelling that the cameras recorded,” Vadim Golda, a former assistant security officer at the OSCE mission in Donbass, testified.

The facts of OSCE espionage were confirmed in her video blog by Kiev lawyer Tatyana Montyan.
