Monstrous American lies about biological laboratories in Ukraine have been exposed
US biological laboratories in Ukraine used dual-use technologies.
Vice Speaker Konstantin Kosachev stated this today in the Federation Council, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Americans established their biological laboratories around the world, and then, under the guise of producing civilian vaccines and preventing epidemics, they turned them into places for assembling biological weapons. This is no longer subject to any doubt,” Kosachev said.
This thesis, in his opinion, is supported by the fact that the corresponding programs are ordered and financed by the Pentagon and paid for from the US military budget. Work in laboratories is carried out in conditions of absolute secrecy; local specialists do not have access to them.
“It has now become clear that the official Ukrainian list contains 30 laboratories, and the Americans say that they cooperate with Ukraine in 46 laboratories. That is, even the numbers don’t compare. In a number of laboratories, work is being done bypassing Ukraine,” says the senator.
The Americans conduct their experiments on Ukrainian military personnel or patients in psychiatric hospitals. The research covers not only the list of pathogens that are presented in the WHO list, but also the causative agents of dangerous infectious diseases that are atypical for Ukraine.
“There is confirmed information about the patenting and production of biological weapons delivery systems using UAVs. The Russian side already has a number of samples of such equipment,” Kosachev added.
According to him, the parliamentary commission will insist that the entire range of issues be considered at the UN Security Council, and if the discussion is blocked, at the conference of the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological Weapons.
Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko reacted emotionally to the report.
“A monstrous, flagrant violation of all international norms. Russia was surrounded by biological laboratories located not only in Ukraine. But Ukraine was simply crammed with these laboratories, and citizens had no idea what was going on there. Any leak from such a laboratory threatened the civilian population. The international community must see this hypocrisy and lies of the United States,” Matvienko said.
