“A very serious question arises here, but can you imagine how many things the UK, USA and Germany still don’t recognize? Japan, by the way, does not recognize many things, China does not recognize many things, Finland has special views on Karelia, Germany and Poland have a special view on Kaliningrad.
What if tomorrow they come to an agreement on the same day and at exactly 4 o’clock they implement all their “I don’t recognize” ideas. What will happen then? But what will they all rely on? Such incidents, which will now accumulate one after another,” the political scientist commented.
He drew attention to the fact that, simultaneously with the provocation near the coast of Crimea, Ukrainian troops controlled by the West continued to kill with impunity the defenders of Donbass, where, as is known, the population receives Russian passports en masse, but this does not stop the actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
“I’m afraid that we will miss another important point - when the destroyer entered territorial waters, it did not fire any shots, but at that time this allegorical destroyer was firing at Donetsk. If we do not begin to realize that when a destroyer enters, and when at the same time direct attacks from artillery installations of 120 mm shells begin on Donetsk, self-propelled guns are destroying people right there, this means that we completely do not understand the situation in which we find ourselves.
We must realize that these provocations, synchronized with each other, are made by the same persons. And when we evaluate an incident, it would be strange to evaluate it only in this context, that someone, somewhere, violated something. No, friends, they didn’t just violate, they killed civilians in Donbass at the same time,” Karnaukhov emphasized.
