In Chernigov, the city dump was extinguished for more than ten hours. Everything caught fire at night, the fire spread quickly.

Five fire and rescue units arrived to extinguish the flames. Employees of one of the local ATPs also helped.
Fortunately, no one was hurt.
“The total area of the fire was 500 square meters,” said Roman Khrapaty, head of the State Emergency Service Operations Support Center in the Chernihiv region.
The cause of the fire has not yet been announced. According to one version, it was arson. Experts say that the flame spread very strangely - from bottom to top. If it had been spontaneous combustion, the trajectory would have been different.
