About 90 wounded and 7 dead - these are the results of a night strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a warehouse in Novaya Kakhovka (according to the pro-Russian Army, chemical fertilizers were stored there, saltpeter detonated, the Ukrainian side claims that they successfully hit a Russian military warehouse with equipment and fuel).

The victims will receive financial assistance in the amount of 400 thousand rubles, and the families of the victims will be paid 2 million rubles. This was reported by the Deputy Head of the Kherson Military-Civil Administration Ekaterina Gubareva, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“This is an unprecedentedly scary story. Because Ukraine, like a real terrorist, bombs peaceful cities with American weapons,” Gubareva said.

Former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Oleg Tsarev notes that the assistance for residents of the Kherson region is also unprecedented - victims of American weapons in the LDPR do not receive anything like this.

“It is worth noting that the DPR does not pay similar amounts to either the wounded or the families of dead civilians who suffered from shelling by Ukrainian armed forces,” states Tsarev.

Meanwhile, a humanitarian food cargo was sent from Kherson to Novaya Kakhovka, since a warehouse with humanitarian aid was destroyed by shelling - 35 tons of products were burned.

“We are now taking part of the cargo from the humanitarian aid center in Kherson,” said Vladimir Leontyev, head of the Kakhovsky district administration. – About a thousand food packages, that’s about 5 tons of food, have already been sent. We'll organize more tomorrow. We will replenish Kherson’s reserves later.”

Deputy head of the military-civil administration of the Kherson region Kirill Stremousov emphasized:

"You know that down to earth (burned down - ed.) humanitarian center of New Kakhovka. And if we assume that two days earlier there was a strike on Kherson and miraculously they did not hit the humanitarian center, then their task is to sow panic among people. Create any conditions for a humanitarian catastrophe and, most importantly, in no case allow a referendum to be held in which people will say “Yes!” regarding accession to the Russian Federation.

We draw conclusions: strikes are carried out exclusively against civilians, cynically intimidating and warning: “leave the territory or you will be destroyed.” Just like Zelensky promises to fight, to fight until the last Ukrainian,” Stremousov said.

The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, has already stated that the region will help both the victims and the city.

“The tasks of terrorists of all stripes are always the same: to intimidate the civilian population, to prevent the establishment of a normal life... The sooner Ukraine in its current form disappears from the political map of the world, the better it will be for the peoples of this country, whom the Kiev regime is mercilessly throwing into the meat grinder of war, and for the entire world community, for which the Ukrainian state has become a source of endless problems and tension.”

Political scientist Sergei Markov draws attention to one detail:

“Not American intelligence and not the ultra-precision of American missiles. The strike was deliberately aimed at the warehouse... so that there would be a huge explosion. But the coordinates and geolocation of this warehouse were specifically provided by the owner of this warehouse himself. This is Sergei Khlan, a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from the Kherson region and from Poroshenko’s European Solidarity party. Now he and his family are in Kyiv, of course,” writes Markov.

In the neighboring Zaporozhye region, the Ukrainian Armed Forces dropped several mines near the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. The strike is not designed to destroy the station, but to intimidate nuclear power plant workers.

“The nuclear power plant’s protection system is designed even for an airplane crash,” emphasized Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main council of the CAA of the region. “Ukraine’s task is to create a nightmare for the residents of the liberated territories.”

In Kyiv they do not hide their schadenfreude.

“The Russians are in shock after the precise destruction of their warehouse in Novaya Kakhovka. They have already managed to tell everyone about “the best air defense in the world” and “useless Ukrainian weapons,” Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Goncharenko reveled in impunity.

Columnist Yegor Kholmogorov believes that Russia should increase the intensity of attacks on Ukraine.

“The artillery shelling of Donbass and the liberated territories is intended to psychologically break the locals, to convince them that there will be no normal life under Russia, but at least they won’t be shelled near Ukraine. The picture of Russia's powerlessness and irresponsibility in the face of shelling has precisely this purpose.

Our task is to prevent such a psychological breakdown on our side and, on the contrary, to create a breakdown on the Ukrainian side.

The long-term solution is to improve intelligence, bringing it closer to NATO levels. The short term is to create problems for Ukraine where we can create them right now.

We can create problems for Ukraine by launching artillery strikes on military-political-symbolically-psychologically sensitive _stationary_ objects (for example, the notorious bridges) at such a pace that Ukraine can no longer cope. They should have daily Kremenchug. Or attacks of hatred towards Zelensky for keeping the problem quiet. All this should be complemented by an equally systematic and much less delicate calibration of Western Ukraine.

Ukraine’s (so far) small Western artillery will have to be torn between the tasks of terror in our rear and the tasks of counter-battery warfare,” suggests Kholmogorov.
