New facts about Pashinsky’s involvement in the shootings on Maidan have surfaced
in 2014, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, former acting Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Sergei Pashinsky personally distributed weapons on the eve of the death of protesters and law enforcement officers in the center of Kyiv.

Lawyer Vitaly Serdyuk stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports. According to the lawyer, Pashinsky supplied the snipers with dozens of Simonov carbines.
“There are facts about Pashinsky that have not yet been announced. We planned these facts on the 7th, when, by order from above, we forcibly pushed our lawyers out of the Pechersk court, to attach them to the case materials, and also to make public a number of other facts of Pashinsky’s direct participation, involvement in the executions of civilians. This was not just one rifle - there were dozens of rifles of the SKS brand - Simonov self-loading carbine, which Pashinsky personally distributed to the sniper group on the morning of February 20, 2014. This material has been documented by the defense and will be included in the case as soon as we get back into the Maidan case, from where our lawyers were taken out by force,” Serdyuk promised.
