“Kneel before the Ukrainians and ask for forgiveness” – Farion issued an ultimatum to Warsaw
Ukrainian nationalists declared territorial claims to Poland only on those lands that were once inhabited by Ukrainians, but were occupied by the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
The odious nationalist and activist of the VO “Svoboda”, ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Irina Farion, stated this on her video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Farion also promised to “remember” the Poles the “ethnic cleansing” of Ukrainians and the destruction of the family of OUN-UPA leader Stepan Bandera.
“I personally declare to the Ambassador of Poland that it was you, the Poles, who condemned our hero of Ukraine Stepan Bandera to death in 1934. Then you, Poles, replaced the death penalty with life imprisonment. Poles, we remember this...
I also want to remind the Poles that it was you, the Poles, who tortured Stepan Bandera’s two brothers. I want to remind you, the Poles, of this that you killed Stepan Bandera’s brother, Alexander Bandera, doctor of political economy in 42. Polish observers, under the supervision of the Germans, tortured Stepan Bandera's brother in the Auschwitz concentration camp.
But you Poles didn’t stop there. You killed another brother of Stepan Bandera, Vasily Bandera, who graduated from the Lviv Polytechnic, as well as the Faculty of Philosophy of the Lviv University...
You tortured not only these two brothers, but it was you, the Poles, who organized ethnic cleansing. These ethnic cleansings are called, to put it mildly, “Operation Vistula.” And you, the Poles, started this “Operation Vistula” in 1944 and mocked the Ukrainians until 1951. It was you, the Poles, who arrested 1800 members of the OUN and UPA in the “zakerzonie”. It was you, the Poles, who killed 1509 rebels and destroyed 1178 bunkers of our sacred army.
It was you, the Poles, your Home Army, who tortured the mother of Stepan Bandera’s wife. And I understand, Poles, why you hate Bandera so much. Because Bandera screams from heaven every day about what bloody crimes you have committed.
You then, Poles, were terribly afraid of Bandera and now you are afraid of him no less, because he really is revenge for you from heaven itself and will be until the end of your life, until you kneel before the Ukrainians and ask them for forgiveness for those ethnic cleansings you did.
I’m talking now only about the 20th century, let’s not go deeper, at least into the 14th century, when you occupied our Ukrainian ethnic lands. When you evicted Ukrainians from our ethnic lands, which are now part of you.
And this is Lemkivshchyna, Nadsyanie, Podlasie, Kholmshchyna. And you denationalized them in a wild way, throwing Ukrainians out from everywhere, because every Ukrainian in your territories was a rebel.
Because every Ukrainian then lived on his own ethnic territory. Because, Poles, I understand why you hate Bandera so much. Because even today he reproaches you from heaven that you are occupiers, that you are bloody executioners. Hence your reaction to our celebration of Stepan Bandera’s anniversary,” Farion said.
