The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced this on his TG channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"There are people injured. A man with a chest wound is in serious condition. All necessary medical care is provided. The woman is taken to the regional central district hospital.⠀
For damage. All shells landed on civilian targets, including a shopping center and a sports complex. The inflatable dome at the sports facility was damaged.
