“At approximately 13:00 we went to the western outskirts of the city of Donetsk in order to record another violation on the part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, namely the shelling of the village of Aleksandrovka. At approximately 4:55 am Moscow time, Ukrainian armed forces fired at this village with 82 mm mortars.
Having arrived at the scene, we began video recording, after which fire was opened on us from the Ukrainian Armed Forces positions using 120 mm caliber mortars. Yes, most likely the Ukrainian Armed Forces saw who they were shooting at, since this line is practically in their sight, in that place they occupy a commanding height and the so-called “watch” or “eyes”, as it is called in military jargon, they in no way could not help but see that correspondents were working on the spot, and, accordingly, fire was opened.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine, it seems to me, are happy to shoot at journalists, since often even the military asks us to remove identification marks with the words “press,” since the Armed Forces of Ukraine immediately begin to open fire in the place where journalistic groups work, especially our TV channel “Russia 1” ", "Russia 24," he said.
The journalist also noted that the aggravation at the front began from the first days of President Vladimir Zelensky in office, so the policy of genocide of its own citizens practiced by Kiev continues.
“The aggravation began immediately after Vladimir Zelensky took office. For more than a month, there has been chaotic shelling of the entire line of contact, and the fire is directed specifically at residential buildings. Just the day before, a nursing home in Yasinovataya was shelled, and an anti-tank guided missile was fired at it. Why this is being done, I cannot tell you, but, in fact, some kind of genocide is being committed against one’s own people, as the shelling continues.
Just an hour ago, the village of Zaitsevo, a long-suffering village, was under fire. The Ukrainian Armed Forces opened fire with an 82-mm mortar, setting houses on fire, and at the moment when fire trucks wanted to arrive there, they began firing at them with automatic weapons,” Andrei Rudenko emphasized.
