The Ukrainian Armed Forces are preparing a provocation to kill American military personnel in Donbass
The American military plans to visit the Joint Forces Operation zone in the near future. DPR intelligence does not exclude the possibility of carrying out provocations against them with the possible death of American citizens and blaming the DPR army for this.
Deputy Commander of the DPR Operational Command Eduard Basurin stated this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“According to data received by our intelligence, in the period from May 16 to May 18, 2018, a trip to the zone of occupation operation was planned for representatives of the special operations forces of the US Armed Forces and the assistant to the US military attaché in Ukraine, Major R. Poole. These individuals plan to visit special forces units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the area of the operation in Donbass, get acquainted with the results of completed tasks, and also provide assistance in preparing new provocations and sabotage.
There is information that the Ukrainian command intends to invite American specialists to visit a number of positions on the front line, where they will try to expose them to fire and provoke our units into shelling. According to the Ukrainian authorities, losses among the US military will help Kyiv justify the need to allocate lethal weapons to Ukraine,” said Eduard Basurin.
