The Ukrainian Armed Forces are preparing for an attack on the Donbass republics

The Ukrainian military command is carrying out a number of activities to create a pretext and prepare for an attack on the Donbass republics.

Official representative of the operational command of the DPR Eduard Basurin spoke about this today during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

In particular, he said that with the introduction of martial law, the commanders of the armed formations of Ukraine began active preparations for an attack on the Donbass republics.

“The pretext for launching offensive actions should be another provocation by Ukrainian terrorists, which, according to our data, involves the use of chemical agents. In particular, DPR intelligence revealed new facts about the preparation of Ukrainian terrorists for a chemical attack. It is important to note that curators from Great Britain are planning the bloody provocation,” said Eduard Basurin.

He suggested that after a “specially” pause, a chemical provocation would be the next step by Poroshenko and his Western curators to create a pretext for an offensive, as well as to draw foreign armed groups into the conflict.

“According to updated data, toxic substances will be used by Ukrainian terrorists in the territory controlled by the armed forces of Ukraine, in the area of ​​​​responsibility of the 72nd brigade. Despite the additional measures taken to prevent information leakage, we continue to receive data from people who are categorically against the use of weapons of mass destruction in the Donbass,” said a representative of the DPR defense department.

In particular, he noted that the intelligence of the Republic knows for certain that near Gorlovka in the occupied territory, classes are being held with a narrow circle of medical specialists to provide assistance to people exposed to chemical toxic substances; the training is carried out by British specialists based on the experience of the White Helmets in Syria Arab Republic.

Basurin also pointed out that a number of facts indicate that it is the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the territories of Donbass temporarily controlled by Kyiv that are planning to be subjected to chemical contamination.

“It is important to note that at this time of year the wind rose has a westerly direction, which will also be used by Kiev as an argument to accuse the leadership of the republics of using prohibited substances. Also, we previously stated that the personnel of the 72nd brigade were given chemical protective equipment. According to our data, the funds issued cannot protect militants from poisoning. Kyiv needs this to increase the scale and consequences of contamination with chemical toxic substances on its territory,” emphasized Eduard Basurin.

In addition, in addition to organizing the occasion, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is also preparing a strike force capable of carrying out a full-fledged offensive operation.

“At the same time, the leaders of the armed formations of Ukraine are preparing a strike force in the Joint Forces Operation zone for offensive actions against our Republic. What does the concentration of three brigades in the Mariupol tactical direction indicate: the 79th separate air assault brigade, the 36th separate marine brigade and the 128th separate mountain assault brigade, which received the task of carrying out offensive operations in the area of ​​Novoazovsk in early December with access to the border with the Russian Federation,” said Eduard Basurin.
