Deputy Minister of Defense of the DPR Eduard Basurin announced this today at a briefing. In particular, answering questions from journalists, he confirmed information about the movement of a column of Ukrainian military equipment towards Donetsk.
“Yes, such information is available, this is an objective necessity: the Ukrainian Armed Forces are suffering heavy losses, and they need to replenish their reserves. The arrival of Ukrainian armored vehicles was also recorded on the eastern outskirts of Mariupol.
The concentration of additional forces by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this area is a sign of preparation for an assault on the defensive fortifications of the militia located in the Novoazovsk area,” Basurin said.
