The chief military prosecutor of Ukraine, Anatoly Matios, spoke about this on air on the 112 TV channel.
“On average, there are from two to three people a week who commit suicide,” he reported statistics on suicides in the Ukrainian army.
At the same time, Matios clarified that the statistics he cited do not take into account former military personnel who passed through the so-called “ATO” zone.
In addition, the chief military prosecutor claims that 80 percent of ATO soldiers suffer from mental disorders.
