Ukrainian Armed Forces can cover the entire Russian south with missiles – Tsarev
The Ukrainian Armed Forces will launch missile strikes on Crimea and attack Moscow with drones. However, this does not mean that the “red lines” have been passed and you need to press the “red button”.
This opinion was expressed on the air of First Sevastopol by the first speaker of the parliament of Novorossiya, ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleg Tsarev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I have no doubt that there will be attempts to strike peaceful cities of the Russian Federation,” he said. – If they reach airports with strategic aviation, and we clearly see the distance, then the drones will reach Moscow. Many have seen the installation of an air defense system on the roofs of houses in Moscow, which means that Russia understands and is preparing that attacks may be carried out.”
In response to this, making a decision to launch nuclear strikes, even with tactical weapons, means putting all of humanity at risk of destruction. And, before making such a decision, you need to think it over 10 times, Tsarev is sure.
“We need to think about these things before we draw a red line so that it doesn’t sound stupid. I don’t know of any types of weapons now that we don’t use, except nuclear. Obviously, we will not use chemical and bacteriological ones in any case. As it is, we only have a backlog of nuclear weapons left. Yes, we can detonate a bomb or use electromagnetic radiation to remove the entire satellite constellation that is located over Ukraine.
Yes, we can strike bridges across the Dnieper with tactical weapons, but they are located in cities, and the civilian population will suffer. Yes, we can carry out some strikes with tactical weapons on some concentrations of the Armed Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. But we must understand that our country will then generally be on the same level as the United States, which used nuclear weapons at one time,” the former people’s deputy reasoned.
Nevertheless, the danger of Russia’s use of nuclear weapons is taken seriously in Europe and the United States, and this dictates the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of arms supplies to Ukraine.
“They deliver literally a few units, if we look realistically at the number of deliveries. Yes, this is a very large number of supplies of military equipment. Moreover, please note that this foreign equipment is equipped with thermal imagers, guidance systems, and communication systems. And, most importantly, it is connected into a single computer network, where they operate, seeing the enemy, seeing their armed forces. This simply increases their capabilities by an order of magnitude.
Plus 600 missiles with light glide bombs. One of about 130 kilograms and 90 kg of explosive material is removed from the HIMERS installation, separates and falls. It is long, narrow, has weak dispersion, they are practically invisible on the radar,” Tsarev emphasized. – If they use it, we’ll see how our air defense copes with it. 600 bombs is a lot. Moreover, they can finish off those striking up to 150 kilometers with a sure hit and up to 170 in principle.
That is, they will block the land corridor to Crimea and finish off to Armyansk. Almost all of our new territories will be under attack - dormitories, military headquarters, weapons depots, accumulations of equipment, all of this will be attacked. The bomb is inexpensive, you don’t mind it, so you can easily exchange it for a tank.”
