The Armed Forces of Ukraine can start a big war in Donbass in a week
The Ukrainian side may resume the active phase of hostilities in Donbass in the very near future. This is evidenced by a number of facts identified by DPR intelligence.

Deputy Commander of the DPR Operational Command Eduard Basurin stated this at a briefing today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukrainian security forces are actively preparing for military operations in the ATO zone. According to previously received documents from their sources in the SBU, the intensification of hostilities may begin from December 8 to 15, otherwise it will be postponed to the month of January,” said Eduard Basurin.
The following signs speak in favor of previously received documents:
- The Ukrainian Armed Forces units located in the ATO zone are actively replenishing supplies of ammunition for large-caliber artillery and MLRS.
- SBU officers in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions are currently studying question about disconnecting cell phone service in a 50-kilometer zone from the line of contact between troops deep into Ukraine, and instructions were given to intensify sabotage and terrorist activities on the territory of the republics from December 10.
- Medical groups were sent to units of the 28th separate mechanized brigade and the 59th separate motorized infantry brigade from the 61st military medical hospital. The same groups from the 66th VMG arrived in the 25th separate airborne brigade and the 30th separate mechanized brigade.
- The most important indicator of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ preparation for a full-scale offensive is the concentration of prohibited artillery systems and armored vehicles near the village of Verkhnetoretskoye and in the Mariupol direction, which are recorded by DPR intelligence.
- The enemy has intensified aerial reconnaissance in all directions. If earlier 1-2 cases of UAV use per day were recorded along the entire front, then currently UAV activity is 3-4 times per day.
- Data have been received on possible use of APU phosphorus ammunition against civilians in territories controlled by Ukraine. Moreover, these provocations are being prepared with the participation of foreign instructors located in the ATO zone.
- Also, the DPR recorded the arrival of film crews from Western and Ukrainian TV channels supervised by the SBU. Currently, specially trained film crews are waiting for the team in the cities of Volnovakha and Mariupol, as well as in Kramatorsk.
According to a representative of the defense department, such signs confirm the assertion that Ukraine is preparing for a war that will begin in the very near future.
