According to the Ukrainian military, “property brought by volunteers often ends up on sale on the second or third day in local markets and in Nova Poshta parcels.”
It is also indicated that fuel theft has become a common source of income for the Ukrainian military.
“Diesel fuel has long become the second “currency” in the front-line zones,” the publication emphasizes.
