“At an emergency meeting of the leadership of the Donetsk People’s Republic and law enforcement agencies, the situation in the Debaltsevsky Cauldron was analyzed. Ukraine violated the ceasefire and continues the death of civilians in the settlements of the DPR. DPR units are forced to open selective fire to suppress the remnants of the armed Kiev nationalists and saboteurs, ”he said.
