The Ukrainian Armed Forces are unable to deceive the DPR with demonstrative movements of equipment on the contact line
The ATO military command is trying to mislead the DPR intelligence by conducting a demonstrative movement of columns of armored vehicles and personnel along the contact line. In this way, they create the appearance of new units arriving at the front line. For this, the generals receive a lot of money.

Said this at a briefing today Deputy Commander of the DPR Armed Forces, Colonel Eduard Basurin, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The main reason for the massive movements of units from place to place is the receipt of personal profit by Ukrainian generals by writing off large amounts of money intended to support deception activities. We become aware of all the movements of the Ukrainian Armed Forces units, regardless of the side numbers and symbols painted on the vehicles, and the Ukrainian generals themselves help us with this,” he noted.
Eduard Basurin emphasized that the “window dressing” to mislead the DPR command continues to this day. While some are stealing budget money, others are swelling from hunger and freezing in their positions.
“In particular, units of the 54th separate mechanized brigade in the area of the village of Luganskoye continue to appeal to the country’s leadership with a request to allocate them the required funding and material resources to equip their positions. The previously written letter from the servicemen of the 54th brigade did not bring the expected results,” he commented.
Eduard Basurin states that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is only interested in those units whose locations the President of Ukraine sometimes visits. As part of this statement, he cites the example of the 72nd OMB, which was specially prepared for a meeting in October 2017 with Petro Poroshenko in Avdiivka.
