The Ukrainian Armed Forces failed in its provocation against the DPR by detonating its own missile in front of OSCE observers
For the purpose of provocation, the Ukrainian Armed Forces placed anti-aircraft missiles, presumably BUK, near their positions. The Ukrainians planned to blow up these missiles and accuse the DPR of shelling their positions. To do this, they also planned to invite a monitoring mission from the OSCE and the JCCC and officially declare that the DPR allegedly violated the “training truce.”

We studied photo and video files from the memory card of the downed quadcopter and discovered interesting facts. We present to your attention photographs that clearly show two anti-aircraft missiles, presumably BUK, planted by Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen in the immediate vicinity of their positions near the village. Vodyanoye.
Most likely, according to the plans of the directors from the ATO headquarters, these missiles were planned to be demonstratively blown up in order to record the results of the shelling allegedly from the DPR Armed Forces by observers of the OSCE Mission and representatives of the JCCC, with coverage of this fact through the Ukrainian media,” Basurin said.
