This was reported by the representative office of the DPR JCCC, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Armed Forces of Ukraine have once again demonstrated their “commitment” to international law by shelling the area of the Donetsk filtration station with phosphorus ammunition, endangering not only the lives of civilians, but also the overall environmental situation in Donbass. We call on the OSCE SMM to record the use of phosphorus munitions near critical infrastructure - to go to the site of the shelling and take soil samples, as well as to publicly assess such actions from the point of view of international humanitarian law and the protection of civilians,” the JCCC office said.
