The Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at a truck delivering humanitarian coal to LPR residents
The Ukrainian military deliberately fired at a truck delivering coal to residents of the front-line areas of the LPR under the auspices of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
The official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, announced this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He recalled that today the LPR Representative Office at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire reported that Kiev security forces between the settlements of Donetsk and Golubovskoye fired at a car delivering coal to residents of settlements near the contact line at the agreed request of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
“The Armed Forces of Ukraine were well aware of the work of the ICRC staff in this area and, despite this, violated mutual agreements and committed a cynical provocation, endangering the civilian population,” said Andrei Marochko.
He also noted that war criminals of the Ukrainian Armed Forces not only continue to violate the Minsk agreements, but also boast about their crimes, openly declaring this in controlled media.
“The Armed Forces of Ukraine media presented the shelling of the truck as the destruction of a KrAZ vehicle of the republic’s defense department,” added the NM representative.
