The Ukrainian Armed Forces opened fire on civilians at the Marinka checkpoint in Donbass
Three civilians were wounded by a Ukrainian sniper at the Marinka checkpoint during the crossing into the territory of the DPR.
Official representative of the DPR Ministry of Defense Eduard Basurin announced this in an urgent statement, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“As a result of the shelling, a resident of Gorlovka, Makeevka and a resident of Starobeshevo received bullet wounds. The victims were taken to medical institutions of the Republic, they are receiving the necessary assistance,” he said.
According to a representative of the defense department, the military provocation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was committed during the arrival of the deputy head of the OSCE mission, Alexander Hug, in Donetsk.
“We demand that the fact of terror be recorded by the OSCE SMM and that war criminals be punished,” said Eduard Basurin.
