The Ukrainian Armed Forces deployed heavy artillery to the borders of the LPR
The Ukrainian military leadership deployed heavy artillery near the contact line, publicly publishing evidence of violations of the Minsk agreements.
The official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, stated this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

A representative of the LPR defense department noted that the military-political leadership of Ukraine, by placing artillery near the contact line and publishing this fact in official sources, once again confirms its intentions to resolve the conflict in Donbass by force, as well as its reluctance to implement the Minsk agreements.
“Moreover, the published video shows 2A36 Giatsint-B towed howitzers of 152 mm caliber, which even in the report of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission for February 16 are indicated as absent from the withdrawal sites,” Andrei Marochko said.
