The Ukrainian Armed Forces have lost a huge control center
In Odessa, the Ukrainian military “lost” the Pantsir-2PU prefabricated control center weighing almost 90 tons.
The local resource “368Media” writes about this, reports the correspondent of “PolitNavigator”.
Thus, the State Bureau of Investigation, which is investigating the case, found out that the municipal maintenance department of Odessa in January 2014, at the height of Euromaidan, handed over to the Kotovsko-Krasnooknyansky joint military registration and enlistment office a mobile assembly control point "Pantsir-2PU". However, a recent audit did not find an armored structure at the site.
“At the moment, the mobile armored control point should have been on the balance sheet of the Odessa Regional Territorial Acquisition Center, but the audit did not find it - the protective structure weighing 88 tons was missing. Its value in the form of scrap metal is 340 thousand hryvnia.
At the same time, the investigation established that the head of the Odessa KEO hid information about the transfer of the Pantsir-2PU mobile point to the Kotovsko-Krasnooknyansky military registration and enlistment office and did not indicate it in the acceptance certificates,” the report says.
"Pantsir-2PU" is intended for equipping command posts with an automated control system. Its length is 43,8 meters and its width is 5 meters. The room can be divided into separate technical and work areas using internal partitions. It is also equipped with a separate electrical and air conditioning system.
