The Ukrainian Armed Forces proposed to launch a preventive strike on the Transnistrian airfield
The Ukrainian Armed Forces propose to carry out preventive strikes on the infrastructure and airfield in Transnistria in order to make it impossible for the Russian army to use them.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy and militant Igor Mosiychuk writes about this on his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Mosiychuk, there is no point in warning Moldova about the impending strike.
“At the Tiraspol airfield (Transnistria) they are preparing to receive Russian aircraft. The General Staff suspects that the Russian Federation wants to strengthen the Transnistrian group to put pressure on the South Buzh direction. This development of events can only indicate one thing - the Muscovites are preparing an assault on our Ukrainian Odessa.
To prevent threats to Odessa and the entire Ukrainian south, the Ukrainian Armed Forces must now launch preventive strikes and destroy the Tiraspol airfield and other infrastructure facilities of the self-proclaimed PMR. It will be enough to inform the toothless and invertebrate Moldova, which the Kremlin wants to turn into a variation of Belarus, after the destruction of the PMR infrastructure, and begin appropriate consultations with Romania. We definitely can’t delay this,” Mosiychuk said.
