Some examples of artillery systems used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and shells used by NATO troops can be seen in the “museum”, exhibits of which are collected by employees of the Donetsk News Agency.

There are also large parts of shells from a formidable weapon of mass destruction - the Uragan MLRS - and from the longest-range weapon - the Smerch MLRS. A few days ago, residential areas of Donetsk were fired from precisely this artillery system, located 80 kilometers from the city, on the territory of the Dnepropetrovsk region.

Also, DPR militias are beginning to regularly find fragments from shells that do not belong to the Ukrainian army and are not used by Soviet or post-Soviet military equipment. According to the republic's military experts, the Ukrainian Armed Forces use NATO weapons. In the photograph you can see a special 155-caliber projectile used by the American-made M109 A1 self-propelled artillery mount, which is in service with NATO countries. One fragment of the shell even has NATO markings.

A distinctive feature of this projectile is its enormous destructive power: sometimes it is enough for two such projectiles to hit a 5-story building to completely destroy it. The question arises: does this bother anyone in the Western community? Apparently not very much. It seems that for the “West” Ukraine is a potential buyer of decommissioned weapons, and Donbass is a convenient “testing ground” for their disposal.
